Hi, readers!
I've always wanted to do something for a very very long time. Long before I could remember in fact. I've always dreamed of being an entrepreneur running some kind of business whether it be a company, a digital product shop, a YouTube channel, etc. But it never took off.
This thought only lingers in my mind and emerges from time to time. I know I didn't want to only be an employee forever, I need to start doing something, but getting started is the hardest part of all things.
I've watched many YouTube videos about side hustles, how you can get started on a lot of stuff, but even those deemed too taunted for my carefree life. Then I never get started on anything.
And then I thought, the way I live my life is very interesting (I hope you think the same when you read my future posts 😂) it'd be fun and worth sharing how I live my life, how I see problems and challenge them and try to make them a little better or at least less painful. I'm an engineer at heart, I like solving problems especially real-world and tangible problems, and seeing things getting improved makes me flattered.
This is where it all started. Initially, I really wanted it to be a YouTube channel. I think it'd be a lot easier for others to digest in an era of videos where TikTok and short-form content thrive, texts and long-form writing seem outdated. But this goes back to the thing I mentioned before, if I don't start it now, it's never going to happen, starting is the hardest part, once you get the ball rolling it'll get a lot easier. That's why I decided to do blog posts instead, and it goes without saying that shooting and editing videos are still above my pay grade.
And this is it! This is where it all started. I'll publish a new blog every week, on a certain cadence (most likely going to be weekends) and hopefully, I can do more as time goes by. Now I only have a handful of stories prepared, when I have more in my inventory, I can publish them more than once a week. This is to ensure I never run out of stories in my early journey of this blog.
That's really it for the first blog. I hope to see you in the next one.
p.s. I thought of using Unsplash for images as I’ve used on my tech blogs before, but I realized I’ve also been to quite a lot of places and have shot more than enough photos. So , I’ll just use mine. This one was from a trip to Iceland.
